Discrimination
It is unlawful to discriminate on the grounds of sex, race, transexuality or disability in terms of the offer of a job, promotion or access to benefits. You do not need to have worked for any particular length of time to get these rights. If you believe that you are being discriminated against at work, contact your GMB representative immediately. Do not delay, as there is a time limit for pursuing claims.

You have the right not to be victimised. Section 4 of the Sex Discrimination Act, section 55 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and section 2 of the Race Relations Act protect anyone victimised either because they have brought proceedings under the Acts or alleged that an act of discrimination has been committed. If you feel that this is happening due to your previous complaints, contact your GMB representative .
